System Purchase Price for Academic Institutions
NETLAB+ Virtual Edition is sold in blocks of 16 active pods, up to 64 pods. Pricing includes NETLAB+ software and first year maintenance / support.
Maintenance Plans for NETLAB+ Virtual Edition
System maintenance is included for the first year after purchase. Maintenance in subsequent years is renewed by ordering one of the plans below. Maintenance includes:
- Ongoing usage rights for NETLAB+ Virtual Edition
- NETLAB+ software updates
- Content updates for authorized training programs
- Product support (up to maximum hours indicated)

NETLAB+ Virtual Edition is sold in blocks of 16 active pods. The maintenance price for systems with more than 32 active pods increases by $1,500.00 for each additional block of 16 active pods, as shown in the table above.
Maintenance fees are due on or before the designated renewal date. Your timely renewal ensures the sustainability of your NETLAB+ system. NDG is committed to supporting the dynamic nature of academic training programs, which require a continuous investment by NDG in both labor and equipment. NDG also provides enhanced support for an additional fee (see below).
For commercial training organizations and large-scale deployments
Commercial Site License for NETLAB+
NETLAB+ is designed to help academic institutions teach industry academic programs and host hands-on labs. NDG bundles all components required for an organization to host and develop hands-on labs.
NDG receives inquiries from non-academic training organizations that want to utilize NETLAB+ for training. The following are the minimum pricing NDG will charge for a NETLAB+ site license:

Enhanced Support and Training (EST)
NDG offers Enhanced Support and Training (EST) to get you up and running. This option provides scheduled hours to work with you using Zoom, WebEx, or Google Hangouts. Hours expire after 90 days and can be scheduled in 1-2 hour blocks, once per day.

Academic Cloud
NDG NETLAB+ can operate as a node in a cloud. NDG has partnered with academic institutions to host labs in an academic cloud. This model enables academia to host hands-on learning labs for academia. If you are interested in adding this model to your project, please contact us.
Additional Customer Information
There is only one distributor for NETLAB+ software products. This distribution partner, ConvergeOne, offers the NETLAB+ product at Network Development Group’s suggested retail price. You have the option of working with the reseller of your choice.
NETLAB+ is purchased by institutions throughout the world. Because there is a wide variety of sourcing arrangements held at these institutions, resellers are often given quotes to resell NETLAB+. Providing a request for quote to a reseller does not grant exclusivity or any rights to the reseller.
